Dejana Truck & Utility Equipment: DuraBox

DuraBox Cargo Van is available as either aluminum sheet and post (up to 26’) or FRP (up to 24’). The aluminum design features .040” pre-painted aluminum sheet with galvanized “Z” posts on 16” centers, 2” spacing on seams, and 4” on ribs. Fiberglass Reinforced Plywood (FRP) sidewalls are also available that provide a smooth, clean exterior look that’s great for graphics.

The DuraBox Cargo Van come standard with a 10” aluminum diamond plate radius to protect the front edge from damage and heavy-duty extruded aluminum corners. Rear posts are manufactured with 4” x 5” heavy duty steel that is specifically designed to accommodate tailgate and liftgate installation.

Dejana Truck & Utility Equipment: DuraCube Max

Every aspect of the DuraCube Max Cargo Van was designed for heavy duty contractor use and convenience. To start, the door handles were designed by the fire/rescue service to withstand abuse… as well as a gloved hand. The heavy duty door hinges are mounted with stainless steel fasteners and have Zerk grease fittings. The double wall doors have dual contact seals to prevent leakage and heavy duty chains so doors can be dropped halfway down to create a work surface, or all the way to have easy access to the cabinet.

The entire body was lowered to make it easy to access both the contents of the cabinets, as well as the rear. Inside there is a spacious 49” wide body-length floorspace, wide enough to haul sheetrock and plywood. There are also optional heavy duty body-length shelving on height adjustable unistrut tracks for storage.

Choose from a DuraCube Max Cargo Van for cutaway applications or a DuraBox Max for cab/chassis applications.

Rugby: Eliminator LP Steel

The Rugby Eliminator LP is the hardest working dump body in the landscape and light construction industries. When landscape and construction contractors need a productive, reliable, and versatile body, they chose the Eliminator LP time after time.

The steel model features a seamless, one-piece steel floor for optimum strength and durability. Full 9-foot floor length allows for full sheets of plywood or other materials. The Eliminator LP design also features front pillars that incorporate forward facing clearance lights positioned at a 45-degree angle at each corner. Rugby products feature light locations that may assist the installer in meeting FMVSS/CMVSS 108.

Rugby's Titan Series Dump Bodies are designed to meet your bigger capacity, class 5-7 needs. Titans feature a sleek yet strong look, a dirt-shedding top rail, 10 degree sloped tailgate and radius front corner posts.

Rugby: Z-Spec

The Z-Spec Dump Body is designed to be multi-functional, from the integrated 3/4 cab shield to the patented rear EZ-Latch system. This body, with its sleek styling will give you many features not found on conventional dump bodies such as the standard 22" rear board pockets that make hauling the heavy or bulky loads a breeze.

All Zoresco bodies are painted on carts, so there is never a danger of overspray onto the chassis. Additionally, the fully boxed top rail on all sides and tailgate can be painted underneath, offering maximum coverage and protection.

Vertical braces are on the sides and the tailgate, and the side rails are at a 45 degree angle to shed dirt, keeping you and those around you on the road safe.

A once piece floor, radius sides and interlaced cross members complete the construction of the body. Lights are recessed in the rear posts which are flush with the tailgate.

The Z-Spec Dump Body built with existing Rugby technology, integrated with Zoresco Equipment company specifications and coupled with a Rugby hoist give you a combination that can't beat.

Rugby: Landscape Dump

Rugby’s “Landscape Body” is the most versatile and accessible body available. All Rugby Landscape Bodies are designed to meet the toughest standards, featuring a curbside swing-out door and rear barn doors over a drop down tailgate that employs Rugby’s revolutionary EZ-Latch system on the upper pins.

Rugby: Versa Rack Landscape Dump

The popular Rugby VersaRack Landscaping Truck features eight removable heavy-duty panels that can be interlocked to provide an extremely rugged stake body, or easily removed, in whole, or in part, to adapt to changing needs on the job…remove all eight panels, and you have a platform body!

The Landscaping Truck front panels are 53” high and made from 14 gauge steel, corrugated for extra strength. The side and rear panels can be solid or vented and are made from 16 gauge steel that is reinforced with built-in corrugated ribs for added strength. The Landscaping Truck stake posts are on 24” centers with 42” tall panels that come in 4,5, or 6-foot sections depending on body length. All panels are removable with an easy to use lower latching mechanism. The 42” rear doors are vented 16 gauge barn door style swing out gates with greaseable hinges and door holdbacks.
